Packet capture continually restarts on network monitor

We have our DLP 11.1 set up on four server 2008 r2 boxes:  Two network monitors, one enforce, one database.  I notice on one of the two netowrk monitors the packet capture is continually restarting but also that of the two it is the one that would get the least traffic.  (most of the internet traffic goes through the other one.)  Wondering if the minimum of traffic would hav
