Multiple risk notices reporting random IP address for same device

Hi, we are receiving multiple risk notices for the same machine that are reporting different IP addresses.  Every time we receive a risk notice for a device, we get 5 notifications for each detection, and it gives us 5 different IP addresses for the same computer.  What is causing this and is it easy to fix?  We are running version SEP 12.1.671.4971.
