RedHat 5.0 32 bits kernel panic - [sisips]

I Have four Redhat Linux 5.0 32 Bit is VMware Virtual Machine and  installed  SCSP Agent 5.2.9 MP1.

The Virtual Macine  hvae some error messages and hold the start boot machine.
