Error 1 during script execution in WinPE on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

We migrate servers from 2003 to 2008 and have problems with task failing on Error 1. On 2003 the same job and task is ok. We have couple of 2008 environment and customers. In testing domain it is ok but we have this problem in Production. This happens only in WinPE, doesn't matter which version.
