Symantec Encryption 10.3.2 W8 unable to type pass in pre-boot screen

I installed Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 in a SATELLITE L15W-B1302 laptop/tablet.

 After  boot the laptop keyboard is disable and I am unable to type the passphrase in the pre-boot screen.

Any idea how to input passphrase without keyboard or how to reset to factory the laptop?
