Unable to create new IT Analytics Report with SMP 7.6

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open SMP Console
2. Navigate to Reports -> All Reports
3. In the left pane click on IT Analytics -> Reports
4. Right click on Reports -> New -> IT Anaytics Report
