SCOM 2012 and NetBackup 7.5

I see links to threads that say the management pack for SCOM 2007 will work just fine with SCOM 2012. However, I see issues reported that there is no way to discover the NetBackup server/appliance using SNMP with SCOM 2012. How do we get SCOM 2012 to see NetBackup 7.5?
