System is Windows 2008 R2, v12.5, Oracle on same box, no detection servers on same box.
When I try to create and export an Endpoint Agent package, I get an error "createpackage couldn't be downloaded". I have tried saving, saving as, different paths, both 32 and 64 bit clients, all with no joy.
I am using Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option 8.0 and am getting the following alerts on dozens of backups:

I installed Symantec_DataInsight_windows_4_5_0_4800_x64.exe on Win server 2012 R2 x64 at virtual machine on VMware.
After finished installation I can't logon to console (see attach).
What login and password we will use to logon?
Looking for the ability to set our own warning threshholds on tape based devices.
We are able to set this on disk based devices but not onb tape.
With a large tape library with many slots, even after adding 250 TB worth of tapes we are still in the orange due to the amount of tapes in the library currently.

There is a condition where a metadata export completes with a satisfactory result but because the clean-up process of the export fails the export is not allowed to finish. The export should be allowed to finish.

Then we have 3 VMware Essential servers that only have direct attached storage. Those 3 servers are run in one vSphere datacenter.

1. transaction logs will be deleted after successfull backup?
2. Configured backup for SAP Sybase full backup. Backup successfully completed.
3. I want to configure incremental backup. Incremental is a transaction logs backup?
I recently upgraded to ITMS 7.6 HF5 (from HF4). The release notes state that the patch management agent (Altiris Software Update Agent) should be upgraded to 7.6.1635, however my agents seem to be stuck at 7.6.1395. The upgrade policy for this agent is enabled.

i have a nbu 7.6.1.2 with a tape robot, we have now in multiple occations had this issue - status 96 unable to allocate new media for backup, storage unit has none available (96)
But the scratch media pool has 20+ tapes with status Available (available_media.cmd) - see attached file.
